The WFA Orange Level follows the Yellow Level and is designed for bartenders who are ready to move beyond the fundamentals and develop more advanced flair skills.

At this level, you will learn more challenging craft flair moves, longer sequences and more complex routines, while continuing to combine flair with professional cocktail preparation.

The goal is simple:

You will learn two new cocktail routines, each designed specifically to challenge your coordination, timing and ability to connect multiple flair movements into one smooth performance.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

At Orange Level, you will master two complete flair routines:

Each routine introduces new movements and longer sequences, helping you progress naturally from the fundamental skills learned at Yellow Level.

You will learn not only how to perform individual moves, but how to connect them into a fluid sequence while maintaining control of your equipment and preparing a quality cocktail.

ROUTINE 1 — PIÑA COLADA

10 Flair Moves

Begin your Orange Level progression with a 10-move Piña Colada routine.

You will build on the fundamentals from Yellow Level and introduce more advanced craft flair movements, learning how to connect multiple actions into one continuous sequence.

The focus is on:

Control • Coordination • Timing • Flow

Your objective is to perform the complete sequence with confidence and finish with a quality Piña Colada.

ROUTINE 2 — PORNSTAR MARTINI

16 Flair Moves

Now it’s time to take things further.

The Pornstar Martini routine introduces 16 flair moves, creating a longer and more demanding sequence.

With more movements comes a greater focus on consistency, timing and transitions. You will learn how to maintain control throughout the routine while keeping your bartending clean and professional.

The routine is designed to push you further and prepare you for the next stage of your flair journey.
